Knit Panama Hat Size:
<> Head circumference: 40-43 cm (15-17”), 44-47 cm (17-18.5”), 48-51 cm (19-20’’).

Measurements for all three sizes are shown in the table.

Gauge: 
<> 22-25 stitches = 4 inches in stockinette

Needles:
<> Circular needles 16 in/40cm 3 mm (UK 11) and 3.5 mm (US 4), double-pointed knitting needles 3.5 mm (US 4).

Yarn:
<> Youth / Adult size: Pingouin, Fil d’Écosse n° 4 – 100 meters per 50 grams ball, 100% cotton. Quantity – 60 grams.
<> Baby/Toddler/Child: Schachenmayr Catania  - 125 meters per 50 grams ball, 100% Mercerized cotton.

Other:
<> Yarn needle, stitch markers.
