<> The written pattern is available in 2 sizes, fitting head circumferences of 49–54 cm (19-21 in) and 55–60 cm (21-23 in). The number in parentheses is given for the larger size. 

Needles:
<> Circular 32 in/80cm and double-pointed knitting needles  4 mm (US 6 / UK8). Crochet hook 3.5 or 4 mm.

Yarn:
<> Sirdar Saltaire (Aran) – 55% - acrylic, 20% alpaca, 25% nylon: 50 grams – 130 m per skein. Quantity: 43 grams.
