This listing features a baby knit pixie hat. This pattern includes four hat sizes for babies of different ages:
<> 0-3 months
<> 3-6 months
<> 6-9 months
<> 9-12 months

Gauge:
<> 20-21 stitches = 4 inches in stockinette

Needles:
<> US 6/ UK 8 (4 mm) for the ribbing part and US 4 (3.5 mm) for ties.

Yarn:
<> Caron, Simply Soft (4) – 100% acrylic yarn.
<> Weight Category – Medium worsted or Aran. Quantity – less than 1 ball. If you have difficulty to find aforementioned brand of yarn, use something else that will have about 180 m (190 yards) per 100 grams skein.
